POLICIES & PROCEDURES (2026–2027 BOOKINGS)

Booking & Payments

  • A non-refundable retainer of $99 is required to secure your session date. No exceptions.
  • Once a session is booked and/or any order is placed, all sales are final. No refunds, returns, or exchanges.
  • Any remaining balance is due on the day of your session.
  • If a reschedule is requested, the remaining balance must still be paid by the original session date in order to move forward.

Rescheduling Policy

  • Reschedule requests must be made at least 24 hours prior to your session.
  • Sessions may be rescheduled max 3 times and must be completed within 120 days of the original session date.
  • If the rescheduled session is not completed within 120 days:
  • A $99 FEE is required to book a new date.


Late Arrival Policy

  • Arriving more than 10 minutes late will reduce your session time.
  • Arriving 20+ minutes late will require your session to be rescheduled.
  • Please do not arrive more than 15 minutes early, as this may interfere with other sessions.


Age Requirements

  • Boudoir clients must be 18 years or older.
  • A valid ID may be required if age is in question.
  • Lifestyle sessions are open to all ages.


Studio Rules

  • No men are allowed during boudoir sessions unless part of a couples session.
  • You may bring one (1) guest for support (no directing permitted).


Accessibility

  • Hearing-impaired or nonverbal clients are welcome to bring an interpreter.
  • Clients requiring physical assistance must bring a support person (18+). The photographer cannot lift or move clients.


Session Guidelines

  • No erotic nudity is permitted.
  • While every effort will be made to capture requested images, results may vary due to lighting, timing, and setup limitations.


Image Delivery & Storage

  • Images are stored for 1 year.
  • Online galleries remain active for 2 months.
  • One gallery reactivation is free.
  • Additional reactivations are $25 each.
  • Flash drives are available for $25 + $10 per session.


Ordering & Usage

  • Purchased images are for personal use and limited commercial use, provided they are not associated with the studio brand.


Copyright Policy

  • All images are protected under federal copyright law.
  • Clients may not edit, alter, crop, or reproduce images in any way.
  • Copyright remains with BeautyWithInBoudoir Photography by Amanda McClellan.

Refund Exception Policy

  • If a refund exception is granted:
  • No cash refunds will be issued.
  • If the original payment method is unavailable, funds will be issued as a studio credit, valid for 120 days.


Health & Liability

  • Clients confirm they are physically able to participate and will disclose any medical conditions or limitations.
  • Participation is voluntary and at the client’s own risk.
  • The studio, photographer, and staff are not liable for injuries, damages, or medical expenses.


Arbitration Clause

  • Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association.
  • Claims under $400 may opt out of arbitration.
  • Any award will not exceed the total session cost.


Period Policy

  • Having your period does not require cancellation. Sessions may proceed with appropriate preparation.
  • If you are uncomfortable or experiencing severe symptoms:
  • You may reschedule within the 120-day reschedule window.
  • The remaining balance is still due on the original session date.


Final Agreement

By submitting payment, you acknowledge and agree to all policies listed above and accept full responsibility for your participation.
